Refund policy

We have a 30-day no hassle return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Our return/exchange policy is in effect for 30 days following item receipt. Orders returned after this period may be sent back to the client at their expense and will not be eligible for a refund or exchange. The item just needs to have been sent by you, not necessarily received by us, within 30 days (with proof of postage).

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, undamaged, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please contact us right away if a product was delivered broken or defective. To be eligible for a replacement or refund of a broken or defective product, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving the product.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@chardwatches.com with the subject "Returns" and be sure to include your order number, name, and the reason why. You will receive instructions from us on where to send returned products.

To prevent "lost parcel" scenarios, customers are strongly advised to get proof of postage when returning goods.

Please be aware that shipping charges for returned goods are the responsibility of the client. You will receive a confirmation email once the returned item has been received and inspected informing you of the refund's progress.

A credit will automatically be given to your credit card or original mode of payment after the refund request has been granted.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You must notify us within 7 days of receiving the product.

We'll always work to find a solution as soon as we can, so the sooner you take action, the sooner we can do so. In the event that you notify us after the 7-day window, we reserve the right to deny credit or exchange.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

THE CHÂRD 12 MONTH WATCH WARRANTY

Water Exposure and Shock Resistance
When used as intended, the watch has shock protection. It shouldn't, however, be subjected to shocks that are as severe such as those that might result from a fall onto a hard surface. The watch movement may be harmed as a result of such shocks.

The 3 or 5 ATM water resistance signifies that the watch will withstand brief immersion in water, such as getting caught in the rain. The watch is not meant to be worn when swimming, taking a shower, or diving.

Please email customer care at info@chardwatches.com with a reference to your order number and the specifics of your problem if you need to arrange a repair under the warranty.

Covered By Warranty
This 12-month warranty begins from the date of receipt and protects the watch movement against manufacturing flaws.

Your watch will be fixed without cost throughout that time frame, with the exception of a $19.95 handling and delivery fee (this includes the cost of getting the watch back to you). We are unable to take responsibility for loss or damage incurred during transit.

Not Covered By Warranty:
Please be aware that the case, plating, glass, and band/strap are not covered by the warranty. Accidental damage, misuse, negligence, and inexpert repairs are not covered. Theft is also not covered, nor are stains, discoloration or regular wear and tear. The watch is not covered for any loss or damage that occurs while it is in any way in our custody, including during transit. This warranty also  does not cover batteries.

 Your statutory rights are unaffected by this warranty.
