Please see the table below for a complete list of delivery times. Our warehouse processes and sends out every order. Ordinarily, orders are dispatched the following business day after they are placed; however, during peak holiday and sale seasons, please allow additional time for order processing.

Orders are processed from Monday through Friday. Please be aware that weekends are not shipping days. Please get in touch with us right away if you need to alter or cancel your order. We won't be able to amend your order once it's been processed.

Once your order ships, you will get a confirmation email with a tracking link. You will receive this shipping confirmation email within up to 24 hours. We are not liable for any delays brought on by the courier.

Delivery times are based on courier estimates and are usually accurate. However there may be unexpected courier caused situations in which your order may delayed. The speed of your country's customs officials will determine how quickly you receive an international order, and any delays caused by a backlog at the postal processing center there are out of our control. Send us an email at info@chardwatches.com if you are having problems with your delivery, and we will be pleased to help you in any way we can.

Please be aware that providing incorrect or incomplete addresses or including unverified information with your order may cause processing to be delayed by an extra 1-2 business days. We advise every consumer to carefully examine their billing and shipping details before checking out to ensure any possible delays are avoided.

A signature may or may not be required for your package. The majority of parcels are brought to the front door or mailbox of the specified address, however it is up to the delivery courier to determine whether it is safe to leave the package out in the open. If they believe it to be risky, they will either reschedule the delivery or keep the box in a nearby post office. Our best suggestion is to enter a shipping location where you or another person will be present to accept the delivery (for example, your workplace or a friend's address).

Please send an email to info@chardwatches.com if there are any problems with the delivery of your order, and we will respond as soon as we can. 

Chârd is not liable for any losses or damages once your order has been shipped out. The consumer is responsible for following the tracking instructions and contacting the USPS, DHL, or their local carrier to keep track of the delivery of their order. We will do everything in our power to assist you in retrieving an item, but regrettably we are unable to offer a replacement or refund until the item has been returned successfully or until proof that the item has been returned has been made available.

Once your order has been processed, which could take up to 24 hours, you will receive a confirmation email at the email address you provided during the checkout process.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a second email with your tracking information and a link to track your package's progress. Please get in touch with the courier first if there is an issue with your tracking number or package delivery before getting in touch with us. Please give the tracking information between 1 and 2 days to appear. You will still receive your order even if, in extremely rare circumstances, the tracking information does not update. Please get in touch with us after the projected delivery date.

 INTERNATIONAL TAXES & DUTIES

International orders (outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, VAT, or other charges that your local customs authority considers necessary. These fees are not collected by Chârd and are instead paid to your local carrier or government; as a result, they cannot be reimbursed.

We do NOT include duties and taxes within the price of our products for a large number of countries - and thus the customer will be responsible for paying any import duties required.

Since items shipped DHL Express and some other couriers cannot be "returned to sender," it is the duty of the client to ascertain whether any local customs, taxes, or other costs will be owed upon arrival (for international orders outside USA). Should the consumer reject the goods upon delivery, we are unable to issue a refund.
